Day 1:
How to control your superiors? Do you want to achieve better results? Do you want your results to be appreciated? Do you want a “bump” in your carrier? Look Up! It is important to have good work relations and be able to work with your subordinates and colleges. But you must also have productive work relations with your direct superior and even those above him! We will teach you how to make a realistic assessment on the style and motivation of your superiors! We will help you with the process of schedule planning so that you are given realistic goals that satisfy your superiors. We will help you better the way you present your results in front of you superiors and all other that matter in your career!
Day 2:
How to attract opportunities? Do you know people that don’t need to fight for the best opportunities-they come to them? Do you have the feeling that through good work alone you cannot achieve the acknowledgment you deserve? Do you want others to come to you and make you good and interesting offers? We will teach you how to become popular, valued and looked for. We’ll help you be in the center of the events and not choose between the best opportunities but also create them!
Day 3:
Do you want to be more convincing? Can you influence others? Do you know how to convince different people in different situations? Can you understand what people need and can you give it to them (so that you get what you need!) We will help you master the psychology of influence! We will give you practical advice and methods to increase your influence! With our help you will hear the word “Yes” more and more as the answer to your proposals!
