One of our clients is looking for a Office Manager and Personal Assistant to the CEO.



- University degree;

- Previous experience on administrative position - minimum 2 years;

- Excellent  English skills – both written and spoken;

- Excellent  MS Office skills;

- Very good communication skills, diplomacy, teamwork  and proactive attitude;

- Extremely organized with high attention to details;

- Diligent and loyal, quick and effective, responsible, with a “can-do” attitude.



- Providing general support and assistance to the CEO with all administrative tasks and routines;

- Acting as a first point of contact;

- Dealing with correspondence and communication online and face to face;

- Responsible for the smooth operation of all activities in the office;

- Managing databases and filing systems;

- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients for administrative issues;

- Ensuring company documents and agreements are in place and actual.
