JOB SUMMARY:
The Marketing and Sales Expert is responsible for executing our company's sales through developing a loyal client base of customers and driving our strategy, in turn, to increase the clients' sales and profitability.
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create prospect marketing programs to address given objectives and desired lead;
- Identify customer needs, propose solutions and close orders in assigned markets segments;
- Identify target opportunities and implement successful sales plans to achieve growth targets in conjunction with the distributor and sales teams;
- Lead and support the distributor organization to proactively develop and implement the business plan for assigned product areas;
- Understand competitive forces, market conditions, and areas of growth;
- Implement marketing and promotional programs for products and services;
- Maximize revenue from each client and meet revenue-based targets;
- Prepare variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- At least three years of proven commercial track record preferably in a corporate sales environment;
- Fluency in English and Bulgarian, both written and spoken;
- Good organizational skills;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Advanced presentation and communication skills, time management and excellent public speaking ability;
- Awareness of the market levels and opportunities;
- Proactive, energetic with strong organizational and collaborative skills.
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in Sales, preferably in the B2B business, in a corporate sales environment;
- University degree, preferably in Economics and/or Marketing.
