We're looking for a multitalented person. We're a mid-sized advertising agency with a very diverse client list. We plan and buy commercial time and space in a wide range of information sources both local and statewide. Our Planner / Buyer also assists with public relations and account services duties.
REQUIREMENTS:
- An appropriate college degree such as business, marketing, finance or mass communications
- A minimum of two years of related experience in an advertising agency, corporate marketing department or Media Company.
- Excellent Bulgarian and English speaking, reading, writing;
- Appropriate skill levels in media-related computer software;
- Superior organization, time management and financial skills with an attention to detail;
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepares and presents client presentations;
- Establishes and maintains a professional but firm relationship with all outside media representatives;
- Maintains and updates all media reference files, including media kits, rate cards, print samples and tear sheets;
- Is responsible for planning the right mix of all media vehicles through the evaluation of client objectives;
- The Media Planner assists in the negotiation of annual client media contracts when appropriate;
